When my father passed away, I was still young. I began to wonder if I would one day succeed my grandfather. The idea that I should become a business leader started to grow in my heart. As a new graduate, I joined a company that allowed me the opportunity to challenge myself with launching and managing new businesses. However, neither creating nor sustaining a business was ever easy. I faced many trials and learned a lot.

I personally interviewed people who would become my employees and together, we built an organization. However, when I decided to close the company, it was truly painful to inform my colleagues. I had recruited them, worked with them, and shared joys with them. Now we had to close the company and part ways. It remains the most painful memory I have and the one I least want to recall. The agony of dismantling an organization you built yourself is indescribable.

But through this experience, I realized the importance of having people who can support and advise you on business. After closing the company, when I thought about what I truly wanted to do, I felt that my mission was to support business leaders, especially in building organizations. I hope that entrepreneurs can focus on the essence of management without experiencing any of the heartache I did. Without people, there is no business, and management cannot begin.

I am determined to do my utmost to increase the success rate of business leaders. This is how I chose the path of venture capital and became involved in the growth of organizations together with entrepreneurs.
